You must not misuse the Platform, engage in fraud or money laundering, impersonate another person, post unauthorized content, or access another user's account.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Popout Tickets is not responsible for disputes between organizers and attendees or for fraudulent conduct by users. The Platform is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria under the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023, with Lagos as the venue.
